• Decent sized queen room with clean linen and a clean private bathroom however, the bedroom walls were splattered in what appeared to be tea stains and the corridor could be done with a good hoover. Unfortunately the toilet seat broke when I sat on it (I weigh 8 stone); I showed the receptionist photos of this mishap and she managed to have this fixed by the time I returned in the evening (with no charge to me) - an excellent customer service response.Standard Single Room
